• 100% of graduating seniors successfully completed 1st year of college.

2005-to date student performance data:

• 93% of youth demonstrated improvement in academics.
• 83% of youth maintained a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• 75% of graduating seniors received scholarships for college.

2005-to date student participant data regarding quality of their mentoring relationships:

• 100% of students felt satisfied with mentor (86% highly satisfied).
• 100% of students felt that their mentor centered the relationship around them (29% felt relationship was highly youth centered).
• 85% of students felt engaged by mentor (16% felt highly engaged).
